SDSN Thailand University Sustainability Study Tour 2026: “Where Vision Meets Impact: Reimagining Universities for a Sustainable Future”
SDSN Thailand, in partnership with SDG Move (Centre for SDG Research and Support, Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University), SDSN Australia, New Zealand & Pacific, and Monash University, is pleased to announce the SDSN Thailand University Sustainability Study Tour 2026, to be held at Monash University’s Clayton Campus in Melbourne, Australia, from 30 November to 5 December 2026.
Held under the theme “Where Vision Meets Impact: Reimagining Universities for a Sustainable Future,” this year’s Study Tour invites university leaders from Thailand to examine how a world-leading institution translates sustainability vision into institutional impact — across teaching and learning, research, campus operations, and community engagement.
Programme Objectives
The Study Tour is designed to:
- Strengthen the capacity and role of Thai universities in advancing sustainable development
- Build collaborative networks among universities committed to sustainability
- Facilitate the exchange of lessons learned and institutional knowledge on driving sustainability within higher education
Participants will engage directly with senior leadership, faculty, and practitioners from Monash University and SDSN Australia, New Zealand & Pacific, gaining firsthand insight into how sustainability strategy is governed, resourced, and implemented at a top-ranked global university.
